Thanks to the saw housing and guide plate made of lightweight magnesium die-cast, the saw remains handy yet robust.
The grip area with a non-slip soft-grip surface allows for comfortable and secure handling. The function of near-wall sawing significantly extends the flexibility of the application. A precise, double-guided aluminum parallel guide facilitates cross-cuts, and the clearly visible cut indicator ensures exact cuts along the marked line.
The 0° position of the saw is adjustable for maximum cutting accuracy. With the Vario-Tacho-Constamatic (VTC) full-wave electronics, the speeds remain constant and material-appropriate even under load. The overload protection protects the motor from overheating and ensures a long service life of the device.
Additionally, the saw offers a dust extraction option by connecting an all-purpose vacuum cleaner, as well as a steerable chip ejection through the rotating extraction nozzle. Auto-stop carbon brushes further protect the motor.
